How much does it cost?

Our fee is 35% of the proposed taxes saved annually. We have an additional administrative fee that is recurring annually prior to protest of $150. Should the results from the hearing process result in taxable savings with an invoice higher than the annual fee, the client will be invoiced the difference (ex. $350 invoice from hearings - $150 administrative fee = total due $200).

How do I sign up?

When can I expect to know the outcome of a hearing?

It takes 3-4 months to get results, generally around September. Our docket scheduling is subject to the district's discretion, and we are dependent on their decisions and timing in this regard.

Do I have to sign up for representation every year?

Absolutely not, that's the beauty of it! When you sign up, our services automatically renew each year, regardless of whether the property value increases, decreases, or remains the same. We're committed to protesting every year to ensure no potential savings are left unclaimed.
