Residential Property Tax

Are you concerned that you are paying too much in property taxes? Then give us a call. We handle all types of residential properties and have the experience necessary to handle your property. We strive to find you the best possible value. We believe that every property should be individually handled. You shouldn't be "just another number" or "just another file". Your property deserves to be treated as if it was our own.

Once you call and sign up with us, we will handle the appeal process from there. We will file the protest, perform an independent analysis of your property, and go to the appropriate appraisal district and have the hearing for you. There is no need for you to do anything else other than provide us with information if requested. 


Our fee is 35% of the proposed taxes saved. We have an initial administrative fee of $50. This is a one-time fee. Properties with an exemption will have a minimum $125 fee payable at initial signup (initial administrative fee shall be waived). This fee is recurring and will be invoiced annually. Should the results from the hearing process result in taxable savings with an invoice higher than $125, the client will be invoiced the difference (ex. $300 invoice from hearings - $125 initial signup fee = total due $175).


There is NO RISK in filing a protest. Either you pay what you see on your tax bill or allow us to do the hearing for you and potentially save you money.
